"I’m very pleased with my experience with JapanAuc. The whole process was straightforward, and I was kept updated throughout the purchase, export and shipping stages. My Audi arrived safely in the UK and was just as described. I’m really happy to finally have it home and would definitely recommend JapanAuc to anyone looking to import a car from Japan."
"It’s finally here, and the pictures didn’t do it justice. Proper machine. Big respect to Feng for making this one happen!"
"Back for round two with JapanAuc. I had a good experience buying my first car through them, so when I was ready to buy a second one, I went straight back. It’s now here in Australia and I’m loving it. Big thanks to the team!"
"First time buying a car from overseas, so I expected the paperwork to be a nightmare. It was actually much simpler than I thought. They told me what was needed at each stage, I sent it over, and that was pretty much it. Very happy with the car."
"Had a couple of small hiccups along the way, but Feng from JapanAuc was always quick to respond and worked with me to get everything sorted. Both cars arrived safely in Cyprus in the end. Happy with how he handled things and would work with him again."
"They booked the pre-export inspection for me and handled most of the arrangements, so there really wasn’t much I had to do myself. I asked quite a few questions along the way and they sorted out pretty much everything I raised. Very good service."
"Shipping was the part I worried about most, but everything was arranged properly and the car arrived without any damage at all. I put a lot of trust in JapanAuc with a car like this, and they didn’t let me down."
"Cheaper prices, good cars and quick shipping — and always kept me informed."
"The auction sheet listed quite a few scratches and marks, so before buying it I was honestly prepared for the worst. But when I finally saw the car in person, most of them were hardly noticeable. It looks much better than I expected. Really happy with it."
"Really happy with what I paid for this car. Even after adding the shipping costs, it still worked out cheaper than buying one locally. I’ll definitely be recommending JapanAuc to my friends."
"I won’t lie, I was nervous right up until I saw the car in person. But once it arrived, I couldn’t believe how good the condition was. Much better than I expected and I’m really happy with it."
"The vehicle in the photo was the one I received. Needed a wash and not much else."
"Feng told me to think carefully about this one because it was only grade 3.5, so I wasn’t expecting too much. But when I finally saw the car in person, it was actually better than I had imagined. Japanese used cars really are kept well."
"Got it registered and finally took it out for a proper drive. Smooth, quiet and honestly much nicer than I expected for a car of this age. The black-on-black look is spot on too. No complaints from me."
"Got the keys for my Verisa today. Very clean car, I like it."
"Just picked up the car. Haven’t even cleaned the writing off the windscreen yet 😂 This thing looks serious in person."
"Engine is good, gearbox shifts smooth and the rear crane works well too. Happy with the truck. Thanks Feng, really appreciate all your help."
