Customs, VAT & NPRA
The car is declared to Customs, VAT is paid, and it must be approved by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (NPRA/Statens vegvesen) before a value/weight/emissions-based one-time registration tax (engangsavgift) and registration.
One-time tax & VAT at your end. Norway charges a substantial one-time registration tax plus 25% VAT on imports; the one-time tax is widely understood to be reduced for veteran (30+) vehicles. We complete export deregistration, book RoRo or a container to Oslo / Drammen, and send you the Bill of Lading and full document pack.
